What’s a good introductory excercise routine for someone who is not into physical fitness?
Start by walking. Do streches when you get up in the morning.You can also do cycling,skipping,jogging etc
After about a week you can start doing cardiovascular exercise of low intensity,about 3 times a week and increase it to 5 times a week.
Dont forget to eat a lot of fruits and drink a lot of water.
