What is better recumbent cycle or upright stationary cycle?
I have a membership to Golds but with school I find myself not being able to go as often. I’m looking into purchasing a stationary bike for home. I typically ride the upright at Golds. Is thier a difference in workout intensity? Which would you recommend =)
Both will give you an equal workout. Mixing it up is of advantage to both forms of cycling. You work the same mussels but in slightly different ways.
My tip go with the one that you have least access to. Then buy the opposite of that to ride on the streets. Stationary gets boring to quick. The real thing is much more enjoyable. Setting distance targets is motivating. Riding to a regular destination helps keep you at it. (Bonus almost zero pollution)
