Can cycling helps me gain leg muscles?
I am 15 and a guy and i do not have muscles. My friends told me to ride a bike everyday for 1/2 an hour with a speed of 16km/hr, do squats on stairs and try to run around if you can.
Do these exercises helps?? I am starting with the leg first, then go to the arms. My arms are also very weak and is there any exercise i can do to increase arm muscles other than weightlifting?
Cycling is a great way to achieve muscle formation, and it is a great cardiovascular exercise too.
