Aerobic Stepper and Air Climber Differences?
Hi all,
My mom wants a stepping machine, and we would like for someone to explain the difference between an Aerobic Stepper and an Air Climber. Which one is better?
i’d go for an air climber as it simulates climbing stairs and that’s a good way to lose calories -> climbing stairs and develops cardiovascular resistance too.
but then again, its all in what you are comfortable in doing … exercise should be fun …
