Why does my heartrate differ for the same workout on different days?
I do Insanity, a high intensity workout program, and I wear a heartrate monitor.
Today, my heart rate stayed way lower than it did a few days ago, though I put in the same amount of effort, and did exactly the same workout.
Why?
you have to push harder lol jk i have that same problem with the workout to
i think it because your losing weight your heart can do less work
