Is my diet and going to improve my acne?

Hi, I have mild acne consisting of 3 whiteheads on my upper lip and 2 on my chin. I eat healthy and excercise and drink lots and lots of water. I also use Proavtiv every night and I think my skin is getting better. Is this meal plan healthy and good for my skin?
Breakfast: Organic Oatmeal and glass of water
Lunch: Salad consisting of lettuce, carrots, celery, and cucumbers
with an organic balsamic vinigrette dressing
Snack: Fruit smoothie of 1 banana, 5 strawberries, 15 blueberries
Dinner: Organic tilapia fillet with lemon juice squirts baked in the oven
and a small side salad
Is that healthy and good for my skin?

that’s definitely a good diet for your skin, but your acne isn’t necessarily caused by your diet. it might be hormonal, or because of the skin products you are using.

i would say, given that your acne is in one area of your face, it is most likely caused by hormones. if it was diet, you would have acne all over your face.
