Iam not wanting websites in particular. Iam looking for magazine articles that you may have copied that work well.

Ive got afew of the 220 Triathlon magazine workouts.

I like to do an interval workout indoors. It’s really simple. You start by spinning for 5 min, at about 90 rpm, low resistance.

At the end of your warmup. You begin a cycle of 5-4-3-2 min sets. Shift up to the highest gear you can spin, and go as hard as you can for :30, then “rest” for :30 and repeat. First set is 5:00, then 4:00, etc. Take a 1:00 break between each set. (your breaks should always be an easy spin)
At the end of the first cycle, take a 5:00 spinning break.

Next, do 5 sets of 2:00 in as hard a gear you can spin at 100-105 rpm for the entire 2:00. After your 5 sets are done, cool down for at least 5:00

I know it’s not too sophisticated, but I find it does the trick!
