I’m looking for a new work-out plan… A good mix of Cardio and Weightlifting?

I need a plan that will help me tone up and build muscle, something that allows me to work out 5 or 6 days a week with both weights and the right amount of running or other cardio. I’m used to a cycle of chest and tri’s on monday, back and bi’s on tuesday, and shoulders and legs on wed. I just need a change.

I’ve been doing Max-OT workout, and really enjoy it. It’s high intensity weight training, and has a high intensity cardio workout to go with it.

Just one warning about the web site: AST Sports Science is a supplement company, and they really push their brand on you. Just ignore that part, and do the exercise part. If you want to use their supplements, you can, or use what you are currently using, or none at all.
